Last updated: April 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Byblos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Byblos is a VC newsletter aggregation platform. We collect, store, and forward newsletters from venture capital firms to subscribers based on the VC firms they choose to follow. We act as an aggregator — we do not create or own the newsletter content.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- A 30-day free trial is available to new users. No charge is made during the trial period.
- After the trial, the subscription is billed at €9.99/month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Byblos platform, including its design and code, is our intellectual property. Newsletter content belongs to the original publishers. We forward it under fair aggregation principles for personal use by subscribers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Byblos is provided "as is". We are not liable for any interruption of service, missed newsletter deliveries, or decisions made based on the content of forwarded newsletters. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party newsletter content.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
